Marvin has been in the flooring industry since 1984. He is an IICRC certified water restoration tech and furniture cleaning tech. Marvin's hands on management style ensures that no job is left incomplete and that your job is always priority number one. He has a B.S. in accounting from NC State.
Kevin Cluff, Lead supervisor
Kevin is our lead supervisor and IICRC certified carpet cleaning technician. He has many years experience in all aspects of flooring care. His attention to detail ensures a quality job every time.

Founded in 1988 by Ron Cluff, Professional Carpet Systems has grown from a one truck cleaning operation to a multifaceted restoration and cleaning company. Our mission is to provide our customers with prompt, quality service at competitive prices. We strive to always provide complete customer satisfaction and to ensure a pleasant experience. II highly recommend Marvin and his crews. Not only do they do a fantastic job of cleaning your carpets, when you decide to buy new ones, you don't have to look for anyone else. I dreaded finding people to do the carpets. You never knew who was coming because they don't have consistent employees, and there are all kinds of horror stories of things that happened to people because they chose the wrong carpet people! Our house was a trial to say the least. We have tons of furniture and when they pulled back the old carpet, there was a horrendous problem that took them extra hours to conquer. They just went right on and took care of it - knew just what to do, and now we have the most beautiful carpet any where! They did a wonderful installation job in spite of many roadblocks. They truly are professionals!!! highly recommend Marvin and his crews.
